Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech, MCA, BCA, MBA, BBA, B.Pharma (Other Graduates can also apply)

Stream or branch or specialization: All Streams except Law

Batch / Year of passing out: 2024 passed out batch & 2025 passing out batch

Cut Off Criteria: 50% and above in Graduation level.

Gender: Both Male & Female candidates can apply.

Recruitment/Selection Process:

Sutherland will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above

Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the following two links (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.

Step 02: Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials)

Step 03: HR Round (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination Round)

Step 04: LOB – Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination round)

Step 05: Language Assessment Round (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination round)

Step 06: HR & Final Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination round)

Step 07: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.

Step 08: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently (Tentatively 1 week before joining date)

Step 09: On boarding.
