Please find the following schedule for campus recruitment:

  • Mode: In-campus interviews followed by a PC-based technical assessment
  • Number of Vacancies: 25 Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs)
  • Disciplines: Civil / Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation
  • Departments: Engineering Design, BIM, and Site Supervision
  • Eligibility: 2024 & 2025 Pass-out batches, and Final Year students from the 2026 Pass-out batch
  • Joining Date:
    • Tentatively 10th November 2025 – for 2024 & 2025 Pass-out candidates
    • 2026 Pass-outs – joining date to be communicated later
  • Reporting Locations: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, or Sharjah corporate offices / project sites, based on project requirements

Please find below the summarized technical requirements:

Structural Engineering Graduates => Civil Engineering B.Tech / B.E.
  • Solid foundation in structural analysis and design principles
  • Familiarity with software: ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, IDEA StatiCa
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD
  • Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings
  • Knowledge of applicable international design codes
  • Strong technical writing and reporting skills
Electrical, Instrumentation & Telecommunication Graduates => Electrical Engineering, EEE, ECE or ETC B.Tech / B.E.
  • Understanding of power distribution, lighting, and earthing systems in construction and petrochemical plants
  • Familiarity with IEC, NEC, NFPA 70E and other HSE codes
  • Basic knowledge in PLCs, DCS, and automation systems
  • Awareness of transformers, switchgear, breakers, and protection relays
  • Understanding of site installation, cable routing, earthing, and fault troubleshooting
  • Commitment to electrical safety, hazardous area compliance, and safe work practices
  • Familiarity with networking, fiber optics, wireless systems, and telecom protocols
  • Understanding of analog/digital signals and signal integrity concepts
  • Willingness to explore emerging technologies in energy efficiency, explosion-proof design, and smart systems
  • Software Skills: AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, ETAP, DIALux
Mechanical & Piping Engineering Graduates => Mechanical Engineering B.Tech / B.E.
  • Basic knowledge in AutoCAD, Revit; optional: PDMS, CAESAR II
  • Understanding of piping layouts, isometrics, and material specs
  • Familiarity with ASME, ANSI, API, IPC, NFPA, ISO standards
  • Strong grasp of fluid mechanics, heat transfer, and stress principles
  • Basic knowledge of pumps, compressors, valves, HVAC, and firefighting systems
  • Exposure to rotating equipment, fabrication techniques, and site practices
  • Effective documentation, coordination, and multidisciplinary communication
  • Curiosity for evolving technologies in industrial & construction sectors
JDs:
1. GET – Civil / Structural Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the design and analysis of civil and structural systems for buildings, infrastructure, and industrial facilities.

  • Support preparation of structural calculations, drawings, and design reports.

  • Work with senior engineers to conduct site investigations, structural inspections, and feasibility studies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Pre-FEED, FEED, Detailed Design, and EPCM projects.

  • Support BIM-based structural modeling and reinforcement detailing under guidance.

Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of design codes such as American, British, or Eurocode or relevant International standards.

  • Exposure to tools like STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, or Tekla (preferred), Prokon, Idea Statica, SAP2000.

  • Strong fundamentals in RCC, PSC and Steel design.

  • Familiarity with BIM tools like Revit, Navisworks (for clash analysis), Civil 3D, and 4D Synchro is a plus, but not mandatory.

  • Basic understanding of soil-structure interaction and construction materials.

  • Full proficiency in English communication, both written and spoken is required.

Qualification:
  • B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  • Strong academic record, internships in design or site roles preferred.
2. GET – Mechanical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
  • Support design and drafting of mechanical systems including HVAC, piping, firefighting, and other  wet & dry utilities.

  • Assist in mechanical data sheet preparation, equipment sizing, and layout planning.

  • Participate in stress analysis, thermal load calculations, and equipment selection.
  • Coordinate with other disciplines in multi-disciplinary projects (oil & gas, infrastructure, buildings).
  • Familiarity with BIM tools like Revit, Navisworks (for clash analysis), Civil 3D, and 4D Synchro is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Learn to interpret P&IDs, mechanical layouts, and vendor drawings.
Required Skills:
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit MEP, CAESAR II, Pipe Flow and PDMS or SP3D

  • Basic knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA,ASME and API standards or relevant International Standards.
  • Strong grasp of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and mechanical design principles.
Qualification:
  • B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Project/internship experience in HVAC, utilities, or oil & gas domains is a plus.
3. GET – Electrical Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
  • Support in designing electrical systems for industrial, commercial, and residential projects.

  • Assist in preparing SLDs, load schedules, looping diagram Earthing and lighting protection layouts, and cable route / containment layout.

  • Perform basic electrical calculations (load, voltage drop, Lighting LUX calculation, fault level, etc.).
  • Understand and interpret electrical standards and ensure design compliance.
  • Familiarity with BIM tools like Revit, Navisworks (for clash analysis), Civil 3D, and 4D Synchro is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Coordinate with mechanical and instrumentation teams for integrated systems.
Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of IEEE, NEC, DEWA, NFPA, IEC and ADDC or relevant international standards.

  • Basic familiarity with ETAP, DIALUX, or Revit MEP is preferred.
  • Understanding of LV/MV distribution systems, earthing, and protection.
Qualification:
  • B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
  • Internship or minor project in electrical design or power systems is beneficial.
4. GET – Instrumentation & Control Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
  • Assist in preparing instrument index, loop diagrams, IO lists, and wiring schematics.

  • Support control system architecture development, F&G system and PLC/DCS interfacing.

  • Contribute to sizing and selection of transmitters, valves, and sensors.
  • Learn about P&ID development, logic diagrams, and control philosophy.
  • Involve in field instrumentation engineering for oil & gas, water, and energy projects.
Required Skills:
  • Understanding of ANSI, IEEE, NFPA, ISO, ISA standards, field instruments, and process control basics.

  • Basic knowledge of SCADA, PLC programming, or HMI development is a plus.
  • Familiarity with BIM tools like Revit, Navisworks (for clash analysis), Civil 3D, and 4D Synchro is a plus, but not mandatory.
  • Ability to read and interpret instrumentation datasheets and control logic.
Qualification:
  • B.E. / B.Tech in Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Instrumentation.
  • Relevant mini-projects or industrial training preferred.

  • Salary Package Up to AED 65,000 Gross per annum (inclusive of transportation & accommodation)

Kind Note / request for Support from Trident:
  1. As an overseas company with a limited two-day visit planned to India, we kindly seek the support of the relevant faculty/department in pre-screening candidates ahead of our campus visit. This will allow us to directly proceed with PC tests and interviews of the initially shortlisted potential candidates / students.
  2. All shortlisted Candidates shall be required for followings:
    1. In-depth technical knowledge (Please refer above relevant discipline JDs.)
    2. Willing to relocate and work in UAE
    3. Upon selection and joining, candidates will be required to sign a 2-year employment contract with the company, as Company will bear the cost of the initial 6-month On-Job Training (OJT) and other associated onboarding expenses.
  3. We would also request access to the CAD or relevant department lab, equipped with approximately 25 to 30 computers pre-installed with CAD and the latest available design software for the relevant disciplines, to facilitate the PC-based technical assessment during the recruitment process.
  4. For Your advance info, a team of approximately 5 to 6 personnels from our Company, including myself, will be visiting the campus to conduct the onboarding process.
