Solid foundation in structural analysis and design principles

Familiarity with software: ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, IDEA StatiCa

Proficiency in AutoCAD

Ability to interpret architectural and structural drawings

Knowledge of applicable international design codes

Strong technical writing and reporting skills

Understanding of power distribution, lighting, and earthing systems in construction and petrochemical plants

Basic knowledge in PLCs, DCS, and automation systems

Awareness of transformers, switchgear, breakers, and protection relays

Understanding of site installation, cable routing, earthing, and fault troubleshooting

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on Pre-FEED, FEED, Detailed Design, and EPCM projects.

Support BIM-based structural modeling and reinforcement detailing under guidance.

Knowledge of design codes such as American, British, or Eurocode or relevant International standards.

Exposure to tools like STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAFE, or Tekla (preferred), Prokon, Idea Statica, SAP2000.

Strong fundamentals in RCC, PSC and Steel design.

Familiarity with BIM tools like Revit, Navisworks (for clash analysis), Civil 3D, and 4D Synchro is a plus, but not mandatory.

B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Strong academic record, internships in design or site roles preferred.

Support design and drafting of mechanical systems including HVAC, piping, firefighting, and other wet & dry utilities.

Assist in mechanical data sheet preparation, equipment sizing, and layout planning.
-
Participate in stress analysis, thermal load calculations, and equipment selection.
-
Coordinate with other disciplines in multi-disciplinary projects (oil & gas, infrastructure, buildings).
-
Familiarity with BIM tools like Revit, Navisworks (for clash analysis), Civil 3D, and 4D Synchro is a plus, but not mandatory.

Learn to interpret P&IDs, mechanical layouts, and vendor drawings.

Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit MEP, CAESAR II, Pipe Flow and PDMS or SP3D
-
Basic knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA,ASME and API standards or relevant International Standards.

Strong grasp of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and mechanical design principles.

B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.

Project/internship experience in HVAC, utilities, or oil & gas domains is a plus.

Support in designing electrical systems for industrial, commercial, and residential projects.

Assist in preparing SLDs, load schedules, looping diagram Earthing and lighting protection layouts, and cable route / containment layout.
-
Perform basic electrical calculations (load, voltage drop, Lighting LUX calculation, fault level, etc.).
-
Understand and interpret electrical standards and ensure design compliance.
-
Familiarity with BIM tools like Revit, Navisworks (for clash analysis), Civil 3D, and 4D Synchro is a plus, but not mandatory.

Coordinate with mechanical and instrumentation teams for integrated systems.
-
Knowledge of IEEE, NEC, DEWA, NFPA, IEC and ADDC or relevant international standards.
-
Basic familiarity with ETAP, DIALUX, or Revit MEP is preferred.

Understanding of LV/MV distribution systems, earthing, and protection.
-
B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.

Internship or minor project in electrical design or power systems is beneficial.

Assist in preparing instrument index, loop diagrams, IO lists, and wiring schematics.

Support control system architecture development, F&G system and PLC/DCS interfacing.
-
Contribute to sizing and selection of transmitters, valves, and sensors.
-
Learn about P&ID development, logic diagrams, and control philosophy.
-
Involve in field instrumentation engineering for oil & gas, water, and energy projects.
-
Understanding of ANSI, IEEE, NFPA, ISO, ISA standards, field instruments, and process control basics.

Basic knowledge of SCADA, PLC programming, or HMI development is a plus.

As an overseas company with a limited two-day visit planned to India, we kindly seek the support of the relevant faculty/department in pre-screening candidates ahead of our campus visit. This will allow us to directly proceed with PC tests and interviews of the initially shortlisted potential candidates / students.

We would also request access to the CAD or relevant department lab, equipped with approximately 25 to 30 computers pre-installed with CAD and the latest available design software for the relevant disciplines, to facilitate the PC-based technical assessment during the recruitment process.
