| About the Role | We are looking for enthusiastic and driven MCA, M.Sc. or M.Tech graduates who are passionate about building a career in ERP Consulting. Selected candidates will be trained in Oracle Cloud HCM modules and deployed on global enterprise ERP implementation and support assignments. | ||||||||||||
| During Training What you will do: | · Participate in a structured training program on Oracle HCM Cloud Applications for a duration of 4 to 6 months.
· Contribute to end-to-end ERP implementation projects. · Take on customer-facing roles, effectively managing client expectations. · Collaborate with global teams to deliver enterprise-level solutions. · Demonstrate flexibility by working across time zones and travelling as required by project demands. |

| Post Training Key Responsibilities: | · Configure and implement Oracle HCM modules tailored to client needs.
· Collaborate with clients to understand processes and craft customized solutions. · Develop clear documentation and training materials for seamless user adoption. · Conduct rigorous testing to ensure system reliability and performance. · Provide expert post-go-live support and issue resolution. · Stay ahead of the curve by continuously exploring new Oracle HCM features and industry trends to enhance service excellence. |
