We are hiring Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) from 2025/2026 passed out batch for Aparna Constructions and Estates Private Limited (ACEPL).
Employment Type: Full Time
Payroll: Company Pay Roll
Brief Profile: GET’s will be provided in house training as per the project requirement at construction sites as well as On the Job Training (OJT) for two years.
Job Location:
- Hyderabad / Bangalore.
- Outstation candidates applying should be ready to relocate at the respective job locations.
Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech. from AICTE recognized engineering colleges.
Stream or branch or specialization: Civil Engineering (CE)
Batch / Year of passing out: 2025 passed out batch & 2026 passing out batch.
Cut Off Criteria: Minimum aggregate of 60% in Engineering and no backlogs
Gender: Male Candidates only
Others:
- Candidates should have continuity in their academics from SSC to B.E. / B.Tech without any break in between.
- Candidates should have good communication skills and should have participated in extra-curricular activities in school and college level sports and games.
Number of vacancies: Multiple and separate stream wise. (However, please note that any hiring will strictly depend on the quality of the candidates fulfilling our recruitment parameters.)

| Other Benefits: • Subsidized canteen food is provided at the site level. • Co-Contributory Group Mediclaim Coverage (for salary above 21000/- gpm), Group Personal Accident insurance coverage, and Group Term Life insurance policy coverage will be provided by the company. • Statutory benefits like Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), Earned Leave Encashment (EL), monthly leave will be provided. • PG Bachelor Accommodation of Rs.3,300/- pm will be paid on monthly basis in addition to the monthly salary. |

Service Agreement: Selected candidates are required to serve for a period of two years. In the event of breach, the candidate must pay Rs.1,00,000/- towards expenses occurred during the training period to get relieved.
Joining: All the selected students will be required to onboard by July ’26 / Aug ’26.

Recruitment/ Selection process:
Aparna Constructions and Estates Private Limited (ACEPL) will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures along with submission of their updated resume with photograph. NextGen Ventures may also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
Step 02: Online Written Test ** (To be conducted by Recruiting company | Elimination Round)
Step 03: Technical and HR Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)
Step 04: Final HR round with Director (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode or F2F | Elimination round)
Step 05: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 06: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
Step 07: On boarding.
** Written Test Details:
Candidate with B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from 2025 or 2026 passed out batch, with a minimum aggregate of 60% and no backlogs will be considered for online written exam:
- B.Tech/B.E – Civil Engineering online written exam consists of Technical (70) + General Aptitude (30) + English Comprehensive Test (20) = 120 marks.
Note: All online written exams are with negative marking, it is better to skip a question if the candidate does not know the answer.
