| Core Job Profile | Responsible for performing Non-Destructive Examination of materials, components, and weldments to check integrity, catch defects, and confirm adherence to customer guidelines. Includes running standard inspection operations, interpreting analytical charts, maintaining high-precision field gear, and aligning outputs with strict regulatory codes. |
| Key Duties & Responsibilities | • Conduct NDE inspections utilizing industrial methods (RT, UT, VT, MT, PT, LT, ET).
• Implement regulatory frameworks and global specifications (ASME, ASTM, ISO, API, AWS). • Formulate precise inspection technical logs, radiographic film indexes, and quality checklists. • Cross-examine blueprints, structural layouts, and material specification metrics prior to execution. • Coordinate operations with plant floor production crews and quality assurance units. • Adhere fully to strict workplace safety protocols, radiation protection standards, and corporate QMS policies. |
| Work Setup & Geography | Location: Pan-India (Willingness to deploy anywhere across industrial sites based on requirements).
Environment: Testing Laboratories, Refineries, Heavy Industrial Plants, or field sites. Special Conditions: May involve shift duties, working at elevated heights, or operating within confined spaces based on site constraints. Initial Stage: First 1-week mandatory training/trial layout at the Chikhali, Pune facility before national posting. |
| Competencies & Skills | • Strong structural blueprint/drawing parsing capabilities.
• Baseline functional competency in English (capable of basic field calls and reporting emails). • Basic software processing skills for report logging and structured data entry. • High analytical sharpness with absolute attention to technical detailing. |
| Compensation Matrix & Progression | • Initial Phase (3-4 Months Stipend): INR 15,566/- per month.
• Post-Qualification Structure: Upon passing the BARC Operator Course (Level-1), Gross Salary shifts to INR 25,000/- per month (Net Take-Home: INR 22,855/- per month). • Annualized CTC Valuation: INR 3.52 LPA. • Value-Added Inclusions: Free Accommodation (for Male candidates), electricity, cook facilities, site travel logistics, work-safe PPE kits, PF, and ESIC benefits. • Female Candidate Allowance: In lieu of on-site lodging facilities, female hires receive an additional Allowance of up to INR 2,000/- per month. • Meals: Cook facility provided; grocery/food costs shared and paid directly to the cook by employees. • Post-Probation Extras: Performance bonuses, official corporate IDs, and uniforms apply post-probation. |
