NextGen Ventures has been entrusted with the responsibility of organizing and coordinating an Recruitment Drive on behalf of Windmöller & Hölscher (WHI), targeting select colleges in Odisha

Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech.

Stream or branch: EE, EEE & Mechatronics.

Batch / Year of passing out: 2026 Passing out batch

Cut Off Criteria: Student must have secured 60% or above in 10th, 12th and Engineering (upto 7th/8th Semester whatever applicable).

Gender: Male  

Recruitment / Selection Process    

Windmöller & Hölscher (WHI) will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:

Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.

Step 02: Application / Resume level screening based on their CV’s, application inputs etc. | Optional | Elimination round.

Step 03: Preliminary Online Screening Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures/company officials | Elimination round)

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend the further F2F process at Pooled campus venue at college campus or nearby location at a later date:

Step 04: Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F)

Step 05: Online Technical Assessment (To be conducted by company officials | Elimination Round)

 

Note: It will be an AI based online assessment where candidate has to give 2.5 hours exam on core programming related questions and aptitude questions 100 questions each. There will be continuous recording during the exam therefore it is must for candidate to have camera access on the notebook/computer he is appearing exam on. Students short-listed in online assessment exam shall be planned for further process at pooled campus venue.

Step 06: Group Discussion (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F | Elimination round)

Step 07: Technical Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F | Elimination round)

Step 08: HR Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F | Elimination round)

Step 09: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.

Step 10: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.

Step 11: On boarding.
