Federal Bank, one of the premier private sector Banks in the country is excited to announce an opportunity for ambitious candidates of your Institution who are pursuing the final year / semester of Full time Graduation in BBA / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA during the current academic year (2025-26) to join our team as ‘Associate Officer (Sales)’. We are on the lookout for talented and dynamic individuals who are eager to build a rewarding career in Banking and contribute to our vision of being the ‘Most Admired Bank’.

Interested candidates are required to apply online before 04:00 PM, 06.07.2026 after carefully going through the eligibility criteria and other instructions provided below.

  1. Position
     Associate Officer (Sales)
  1. Cost to Company
     The Cost to Company ranges from ₹4.64 Lakh to ₹6.70 Lakh per annum, depending upon the place of posting, performance and other factors.
  1. Location
    Selected Candidates shall be initially posted in any of the Branches/Offices of the Bank in their domicile state and are liable to be transferred any Branches/Offices depending upon the administrative requirements.
  1. Place of Domicile
    Candidates must be domiciled in the States / UT mentioned in the attached annexure.
  1. Period on Probation
    Candidates selected will be on probation for a period of 1 year.
  1. Notice Period
    At the time of resignation, candidates are required to serve a notice period of one month. Furthermore, candidates seeking to waive the notice period must compensate the Bank with an amount equivalent to 1 month salary otherwise.
    All decisions regarding employee exits, notice period waivers, and related matters are subject to the Bank’s discretions as amended from time to time.
  2. Mode of Selection
    The Campus Recruitment Process comprises of various stages, including an Online Aptitude Test, Initial Document Verification and Personal Interview, or any other mode of selection as decided by the Bank.

Please note that the marks / ratings awarded during the selection process will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to the candidates or College authorities.

  1. Selection Stages

  1. i)Centre based Online Aptitude Test

The Online Aptitude Test comprises of 50 questions to be completed in 45 minutes, covering 5 sections: 10 questions each in Sales Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Computer Awareness, English Proficiency & General Knowledge. There will be no negative marking for wrong answers in the Online Aptitude Test.

The Online Aptitude Test will be monitored by the officials of Federal Bank and M/s L&T EduTech Ltd. Candidates found resorting to any unfair means or malpractice or any misconduct will be disqualified from the selection process, and the decision of the Bank and invigilators will be final and binding.

 

  1. ii) Initial Document Verification

The eligibility of shortlisted candidates will be verified with their original certificates. Candidates who do not meet the eligibility criteria or fail to submit the required documents (in fed Recruit app) in proof of their eligibility will be disqualified at this stage.

Please note that the Initial Document Verification is a preliminary verification stage, and Federal Bank reserves the right to request additional documents in later verification stages if necessary.

iii) Personal Interview

 

Candidates who clear the Initial Document Verification will proceed to the Personal Interview round. Candidates found competent to be positioned in the profile offered by the Bank, will be issued Provisional Offer Letters for empanelment as ‘Associate Officer (Sales)’, subsequent to the conclusion of the selection process.

  1. General Instructions

 

  1. The host campus must ensure that all necessary arrangements (including infrastructure arrangements) for conducting the recruitment process are completed well in advance.
  2. A minimum of three placement volunteers should be assigned by the host campus to assist Federal Bank in coordinating and facilitating the smooth execution of the selection process. Our team will work closely with the assigned volunteers to ensure seamless coordination.

  1. We have appointed M/s L&T EduTech and M/s IntelliOak Technologies Pvt Ltd (Zappyhire), external management consultants, to assist in the conduct of the recruitment process. Officials from M/s L&T EduTech will provide the necessary instructions for the Online Aptitude Test to all the eligible candidates registered for the selection process.

  1. Please note that all queries and communications from candidates must be routed exclusively through the placement coordinator or an authorized faculty member of the respective institutions.

  1. Admit Cards for eligible candidates will be issued at least two days before the scheduled date of the selection process. In the event that any eligible candidate does not receive their admit card, the college authorities must notify us immediately after the cut-off time.

  1. Candidates who are shortlisted from the Online Aptitude Test shall be issued with College Certificate and College Declaration (formats attached). These documents must be uploaded by the candidates in the Fed-Recruit App before the initial document verification stage

  1. Candidates who fail to participate in any selection round or are disconnected due to technical or other issues will not be allowed to reattempt or reschedule any selection round. College authorities and candidates are advised to thoroughly review all technical and other instructions to ensure a smooth selection process.

  1. The entire selection process will be facilitated through the ‘Fed-Recruit’ Mobile Application. All candidates must have access to a smartphone with high-speed internet to participate in the selection process. A link to download the application will be provided to all eligible candidates after successful registration. Detailed instructions, including minimum smartphone specifications for the App, are attached as ‘Instructions to Candidates’.
