Successful candidates will be offered the position of Software Engineer. For the initial 4 to 8 months, an engineer will be trained on an area of business focus and will be assessed periodically. Training will be a combination of self-study, classroom, and on-the-job. Upon successful completion of the training and satisfactory performance, the engineer will be placed in projects.

Work at Sasken involves development, testing, integration, and sustenance of software products for our customers. Assignments to different projects will be based on the skill and aptitude of the engineer. Work location could be any one of the cities: Kolkata, Bengaluru, Pune and Chennai.

1	Educational Qualification	Must have obtained any of the following degrees with not less than 75% or 8.0 CGPA marks: Engineering degree (BE/BTech) in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, Electronics and Communication (all circuit branches – excluding Electrical engineering) ME/MTech in Computer Science or Electronics and Communication engineering areas. MSc in Computer Science (with bachelor’s degree in BCA/BSc in Computer Science/BSc in IT) Candidate must have obtained at least 75% marks (or 8.0 CGPA) in 10th, 12th / Diploma, Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree (if applicable). For those in the final year, offer will be subject to them scoring 75% (8.0 CGPA) in the qualifying degree in 2027 without any backlog.
2	Technical Skills	Candidate must have the knowledge of programming in C or C++ along with their application for implementing data structures and algorithms.
3	Salary Offered	Total ₹5.0 lakhs per annum
4	Service Agreement	Candidate must be ready to sign a service agreement of 3 years of continued service with the company, failing which she/he agrees to pay ₹5,00,000/- to the company.
