NextGen Ventures has been entrusted with the responsibility of organizing and coordinating an Recruitment Drive (Online/Offline Mode) on behalf of GlobalStep Services Private Limited (GlobalStep India), targeting select colleges in Odisha

Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech, MCA, BCA
Stream or branch or specialization: All Streams eligible
Batch / Year of passing out: 2026 Passed Out Batch & 2027 Passing Out Batch
Cut Off Criteria: None, Candidates with backlog should not apply.

Recruitment Process :
GlobalStep Services Private Limited (GlobalStep India) will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures. Apart from the applicant’s details & submission of resume, a questionnaire needs to be filled up by the candidates to evaluate their interest for games, during the time of registration. GlobalStep India will evaluate the application and the questionnaire and shortlist candidates to be eligible for the next round, which will be conducted in a Pooled/Physical Campus mode as mentioned below.
Interview & Selection Process- Pre-placement Talk
- Gaming Round – Basic understanding of games and gaming concepts
- Aptitude Test – Logical reasoning and attention to detail
- Communication Round – English communication assessment
- Final Interview – Interaction with the hiring team
A list of selected candidates will be published, who has to attend the 5 Days Training Program (Unpaid) at Pune followed by Final Assessment. During training, company will provide free accommodation and free food at office.
Post-Selection Process- 5 Days Training Program (Unpaid) – Introduction to game testing processes and tools.
- Final Assessment – Evaluation based on training performance
- 6 Months Contract – Initial contract period with performance review
- Full-Time Employment – Candidates meeting performance standards will be converted to full-time employees
