Recruitment/Selection Process:
Gemsons Precision Engineering Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Day 01: 26th February, 2018 (Monday)
At Pooled Campus Venue: Will be informed in due time
Step 01: Candidate Registration & Pre-recruitment briefing to candidates by Nicco Ventures Limited (NVL).
Step 02: Preliminary Screening Process consisting of Aptitude + Technical Written Test (To be conducted by NVL | Objective | Elimination Round)
Step 03: Group Interaction Round (To be conducted by NVL | Elimination Round)
Shortlisted candidates from Day 01, will have to attend the process in Day 02.
Day 02: 27th February, 2018 (Tuesday)
At Pooled Campus Venue: Will be informed in due time
Step 04: Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (To be conducted by company officials)
Step 05: Technical/Personal Interview Rounds (To be conducted by company officials | F2F | Elimination Round)
Step 06: Declaration of final selected candidates list at a later date.
Step 07: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
