“Recruitment Drive” by “Hyper Filteration Private Limited” for the 2017 passed out batch & 2018 passing out batch B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) candidates from your region.
Joining – For 2017 passed out batch: Immediately. | Joining – For 2018 passing out batch: After the successful completion of the final semester (Tentatively by June/July’18).
Also number of vacancies are open & separate for 2017 passed out batch & 2018 passing out batch.

Recruitment/Selection Process:
Hyper Filteration Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Day 01: 27th February, 2018 (Tuesday)
At Pooled Campus Venue: Will be informed in due time
Step 01: Candidate Registration & Pre-recruitment briefing to candidates by Nicco Ventures Limited (NVL).
Step 02: Preliminary Screening Process consisting of Aptitude + Technical Written Test (To be conducted by NVL | Objective | Elimination Round)
Step 03: Group Discussion/Communication Round (To be conducted by NVL | Elimination Round)
Shortlisted candidates from Day 01, will have to attend the process in Day 02.
Day 02: 28th February, 2018 (Wednesday)
At Pooled Campus Venue: Will be informed in due time.
Step 04: Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (To be conducted by company officials)
Step 05: Technical/Personal Interview Round (To be conducted by company officials | F2F | Elimination Round)
Shortlisted candidates from Day 02, will have to attend the process in Day 03.
Day 03: Will be informed in due time
At Pooled Campus Venue OR at company premises at Delhi NCR ** : Will be informed in due time
Step 06: Final Interview/Interaction Round (To be conducted by the Director of the company | F2F or through SKYPE | Elimination Round)
Step 07: Declaration of final selected candidates list at a later date.
Step 08: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
** Note: The Final Interview/Interaction round will happen with the Director of the company. The dates will be confirmed later. The interview may happen at pooled campus venue through SKYPE or face-to-face at Hyper Filteration’s premises at Delhi NCR.
Shortlisted candidates will be reimbursed to & fro train fare from Bhubaneswar to Delhi, if the final interview happens at the company premises.
