Recruitment/Selection Process:
KARVY INDIA will follow the following “Selection Procedure” while recruiting the candidates:

At Pooled Campus Venue: KIST
Step 01: Candidate Registration & Pre-recruitment briefing to candidates by Nicco Ventures Limited (NVL).
Step 02: Preliminary Screening Process consisting of Aptitude Test (To be conducted by NVL | Objective | Elimination Round)
Step 03: Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (To be conducted by company officials)
Step 04: Group Discussion/Communication Round (To be conducted by company officials | Elimination Round)
Step 05: Personal Interview (To be conducted by company officials | F2F | Elimination Round)
Step 06: Declaration of final selected candidates list at a later date.
Step 07: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
