ZS Associates | 2018 Batches Now Eligible to Participate
The applications for current 2018 batch students of BE/BTech/ME/MTech of all streams are now open!
Two job roles, listed below, are on offer:
1) Decision Analytics Associate (DAA): For candidates interested in statistics, analytics and data crunching
2) Business Operations Associate (BOA): For candidates interested in business process, operations and problem-solving
Kindly be informed that this is a separate division of ZS Associates from their campus hiring. Hence we can not arrange a campus drive for the same.
Selection Process
1) Screening of applicants on HireTale.com based on profile and academic records
2) Online aptitude test of 1.5 hour
3) A day-long F2F interview process in Pune for candidates clearing the test
4) Final offer is made on the interview date itself for candidates clearing all 3 rounds (case study, behavioural, and cultural fit)
A candidate needs to register on the portal to apply. There is no cost involved for a candidate from either HireTale or ZS Associates. ZS will make all travel and lodging arrangements for candidates selected for the F2F rounds.
