Recruitment/Selection Process:
Jytra Technology Solutions Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Day 01: 24th November, 2018 (Saturday)
Venue: Pooled Campus Venue (Will be informed in due time)
Step 01: Candidate Registration & Pre-recruitment briefing to candidates by NextGen Ventures.
Step 02: Online Screening Process consisting of Aptitude + Technical to be conducted by the company/NextGen Ventures (Objective | Elimination Round)
Step 03: Group Discussion/Communication Round (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Optional – Elimination Round)
Day 02: 25th November, 2018 (Sunday)
Venue: Pooled Campus Venue (Will be informed in due time)
Step 04: Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (To be conducted by company officials)
Step 05: Technical & HR Interview (To be conducted by company officials | F2F | Elimination Round)
Step 06: Declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 07: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
