Role Summary and expected skills We have opening in the following departments:

1. Client Servicing The role involves helping advertises create their marketing campaign and execution of those campaigns. Candidates applying for this role should have a basic understanding of media and advertising. They would need to talk to the advertisers, understand their requirement and then prepare a media plan basis client’s requirement. Once the plan is approved, the next task would be to ensure flawless execution and reporting. Campaign execution requires working with cross functional teams and a being a strong team player would be helpful.

2. Media Partnerships The role involves managing media owner and Media Ant relationship, discovering new media, negotiation for best rates and managing campaign executions. This role also involves managing the information that goes on the site. Skills required for this role are being good at research, negotiation, ability to work across teams and consumer understanding.

3. Human Resource The role involves helping management in understanding employees’ motivational levels and problems they might be facing, hiring new employees and designing training programs for the employees. The candidate is expected to understand the problems and also to come up with plausible solutions. Business understanding of Media Ant is a must.
