Recruitment/Selection Process:
Rolon Seals Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Day 01: 16th & 17th Jan’2020
Venue: Trident Academy
Step 01: Preliminary Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)
Shortlisted candidates from Day 01, will have to attend the process in Day 02.
Day 02: 17th Jan’2020
At Pooled Campus Venue: Trident
Step 04: Pre-placement Talk & Q&A Session (To be conducted by company officials)
Step 05: Written Technical Test (To be conducted by company officials (F2F | Elimination Round)
Step 06: Personal/Technical Interview (To be conducted by company officials through SKYPE | Elimination Round)
Step 07: Declaration of final selected candidates list
Step 08: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
