Position Description |

| · Office Head of an Emerging Bima Kendra
· Responsible for sourcing of Insurance Business through Agents, Dealers, Banks and Direct. · Constant interaction with clients of respective locations in general · Responsible for the administration of the Office / Virtual Office · Develop sales and ensure deeper penetration for growth in revenues · Work towards achieving the sales target for EBK as per the specified sales mix of all products · Maintain constant rapport with colleagues, supervisors, and intermediaries. |

Please note:
1) There would be three phases for hiring.
a) Introduction – (small introduction of the company and job roll)
b) Written test
c) Face to face interview of the students, who would clear the written test
2) Upon face to face interviews, Students must carry the following documents.
a) Educational documents (Mark Sheets along with Pass Certificate of Matric, Intermediate and highest qualifications mark sheet /certificate of the course)
b) KYC (Pan Card and Adhaar Card are mandatory)
3) The location of placement will be in Odisha and West Bengal and it will be discussed with students post their successful selection.
