We are looking for Fresher and Experienced candidates For E-Commerce Technical & Customer Support JOB profile for Tech Mahindra Bhubaneshwar.

Education Qualification & Desired Candidate Profile:

BTech / BE / BCA /BSC-IT BA / BCOM / BSC / BBA / MA / MCOM / MSC / IHM / BHM / BBA / BA / BCOM / BSC. Graduates and Under Graduates . – MBA / PGDM / MCA / MTECH / All PG’s are also eligible.

10th + 2 years Diploma Passout student and 12th Pass + Diploma Students can also apply.

Also If you have Passed out students we can hire them as well.

JOB Description & Required / Skills

• You need to handle E-Commerce Customers’ Technical Query and also need to Troubleshoot their Tech Issues on call as well as online .
• Technical Troubleshooting E-Commerce Customer Support Executive International Voice
• Trouble-shooting & Customer support to premium clients over the phone (inbound)
• Keyboard & PC Literate (User level knowledge of Operating Systems)
• Knowledge of OS should be.

Excellent Communication Skills in English and Hindi and Willingness to work for a 24/7 working environment is a must, which involves Night Shift.

Salary Package Offered to Suitable Candidates: 1.5 to 1.7 Lac Per Annum for Fresher & 1.9 to 2.2 Per Annum for Experienced (Gross)

Interview Rounds :

GD Round – PI Round – Online Test (English Grammar / Logical Reasoning / Customer Centricity) Typing Test.

Typing Speed – 25 to 30 WPM is a Pass / Accuracy – 85% to 90% is a must.
