MKC Infrastructure Ltd is hiring for the position of “Trainee Engineer” who will work under the Project Execution department.

Job Profile & Responsibilities: Initially the selected candidates would be responsible for civil supervising work. After successful completion of a 1-year service based on the competency & under the supervision of reporting authority, they can be absorbed in departments like planning/billing/QC completely based on requirements.

Number of vacancies: Limited (Hiring strictly depends on the quality of the candidates fulfilling our recruitment parameters)
Job location (During/after the training/probation period): Bhanpura, MP (Highway) projects
Tentative duration of the training/probation period: 01 year

CTC/Salary/Stipend to be offered during training (or probation) period: CTC 10k + Food and accommodation (INR 8500 in hand after statutory deductions)

CTC/Salary to be offered on completion of training (or probation) period: CTC 12k + Food and accommodation

Educational Qualification: B.E/B.Tech (Civil)  – 2020 passing out batch.
Cut Off Criteria: 60% & above in XII & B.Tech semester average.
Gender: Male candidates.
Skills/Expectations: Hardworking, ready to relocate, should have a steady mindset to grow in site execution work anywhere in India
Bond: 02 years of service agreement.
Joining: The selected candidates have to join from October 2020.

Recruitment/Selection Process:

MKC Infrastructure Ltd will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:

Day 01: 30^th September 2020.

Step 01: Candidate Registration & Pre-recruitment briefing to candidates by NextGen Recruitment Ventures Limited.
Step 02: Preliminary Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test (Online |To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)
Shortlisted candidates from Day 01, will have to attend the process on Day 02.

Day 02: Will be informed in due time.

Step 03: Personal/HR Interview Rounds (To be conducted by company officials (SKYPE or any other virtual communication mode | Elimination Round)
Step 04: Declaration of final selected candidates lists within 10 days from Step 05
Step 05: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
