Job Title: Developers
Location: Bangalore
Qualification required:

BE/BTech (All branch), MCA / BCA and MSc (CS) – 2022 pass outs.

Good communication skills and strong logical ability

Ability to write programs in any programming language.
Role and expectation

Development of large scale projects and products for some of the top organizations across several countries

Writing scalable, robust, secured, and high-quality programs

Interest in continuous learning
Compensation and Service contract:
-
During the internship, a fixed stipend will be paid,
-
Post successful completion of internship they will be absorbed as developers
-
Our Typical salary for freshers ranges between 3.5 to 4.5 lakhs per annum (Depending on interview performance, the salary will be fixed.)

There will be a service contract for Internship + 2 years (after completion of internship)
Interview process:
-
1 or 2 Online tests for programming skills
-
1-2 technical cum HR interviews
-
During the internship, a fixed stipend will be paid (12k per month)
-
The internship will be for a minimum of 6 months or till the completion of the graduation course whichever is higher.

Post successful completion of internship they will be absorbed as developers
-
There will be a service contract for a minimum duration of association with Maventic. The minimum duration is internship + 2 years of employment post-internship.
