Virtual Campus Drive by Databeat Consulting Private Limited for the 2022 passing out batch B.E./B.Tech (All streams) candidates will be held shortly.
Recruitment/Selection Process:
Databeat Consulting Private Limited will follow the following selection procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures. NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
Step 02: Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude + Logical Reasoning + Technical Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)
Step 03: Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode)
Step 04: Group Discussion (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round)
Step 05: First Round Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round).
Step 06: A small exercise will be sent to shortlisted candidates (Non-Elimination)
Step 07: Final Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Online Mode | Elimination round)
Step 08: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 09: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidates for internship will be issued subsequently.
Step 10: On boarding.
