This is to inform you that, based on your registrations with Quest Global, You are invited to attend Round-1(online test) on 15th Nov 2021 at 5 PM sharp. Please note, Quest Global has partnered with Aon for their virtual campus process. The test link & details are attached below.

Please note the test pattern below:

1. Online Test Pattern (For Mechanical Students)

• Generic test with sections of Logical reasoning, English & Aptitude only.

2. Online Test Pattern (For Circuit Branches)

• Test with sections of Logical reasoning, English, Aptitude & Technical questions.

Important Details To Note :  

1. Test Duration – 60min
2. Marking Scheme –  +1 for correct | 0 for incorrect or un-attempted
3. Total Questions – 60
4. 48 Aptitude (12 each in English & Quantitative, 24 in Analytical)
5. 12 Technical (This will be the domain test, for mechanical candidates there will be no domain test)

Designation: Trainee Software Engineer

–          Understand Agile development environment, deliverables and follow the cycle

–          Develop, maintain, test, debug and deploy code as per the requirement specifications

–          Identify and prioritize tasks to meet the deadline

–          Takes ownership to deliver own goals in a timely and efficient manner

–          Continuously upskill/reskill to scale up to new technologies

 

Qualification: BE/B. Tech(IT, CSE, ECE, EEE, EIE, Mech)/ MCA

Eligibility Criteria: No backlogs till latest semester/year in graduation, above 50% in 12th/Dip and 10th

Selection Process: Aptitude+ Technical Test-> GD-> Technical Interview->HR

Tentative DOJ: Post Jul’22

Compensation: 3LPA (Tier 3)+ 25k joining bonus (post 1 year)- BTech/MCA

Service agreement: 2 years
