• Responsible for target achievement of Life Insurance by optimal use of given leads and achieving cost-efficient operation
• Acquire, build and maintain strategic relationships with client sources
• Develop, Analyse customer needs to establish a client-centric business environment, proposes and implements solutions
• Manage product mix, persistency, lead conversion %
