Job Description:

1. To relentlessly chase, achieve and exceed the targets set by the City P&L Head.

2. To provide world-class service to his/her customers by advising patients about the service through structured discussions

3. To read, understand, absorb, retain and practice the Practo Way of Care Co-Ordination(PWOC), 100%.

4. To ensure that he and his/her team implement and practice the PWOCC 100%, in letter and spirit.

5. Coordinate information and care requirements with other care providers in the ecosystem;resolve issues that could affect smooth care progression and handhold the patient throughout their journey

6.  Addresses queries of patients and families in a very professional manner and present the benefits of our solution.

7. To seek awareness about the company’s vision, goals and plans and align individual thoughts and action towards the same.

The process for selection will be as follows

We share the link for superset registrations and deadlines to be followed.

The Students take an online aptitude test and those who clear it takes bot video review.

The shortlisted students will be interviewed online.

The CTC details are as follows:

4 LPA fixed and 2.5 LPA variable for initial 3 months.

The CTC will be revised after a 3 months post-performance review. The revised CTC will be 4.5 LPA fixed and 2.5 LPA variable.

We are looking for candidates who have an interest in sales, fluency in English and Hindi, and strong persuasion skills. We would prefer candidates who can join immediately at Practo office-Bangalore. The students who have reservations in relocation on an immediate basis are requested to not apply.
