| Management Trainee – Service Delivery Manager | Fixed CTC INR 3 lacs | Variable bonus component of upto INR 1 lac based on performance | All selected MTs would also be required to sign a Service Level Agreement which will be valid for 12 months from the date of joining. In case the Management Trainee exits the Bank before the completion of 12 months from the date of joining, he/she will have to pay back a sum of INR 50,000* against the cost of the Training to the Bank. |
*Kindly note – There is a Rs.50,000 Service Level Agreement for 1 year against training investment.
