NEXTGEN VENTURES has been given the responsibility of organizing & coordinating a “Joint Recruitment Drive” by & for “Fleeca India Private Limited” for the 2022 passing out batch B.E. /B.Tech (Mechanical and Automobile).
Recruitment/Selection Process:
Fleeca India Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates for the vacancies mentioned above:
Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with an updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefings for the candidates as and when required.
Step 02: Submission of validated applications to the recruiting company (Elimination Round)
Eligible & validated applications/candidates have to appear for the below process:
Step 03: Online/Telephonic Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination Round)
Step 04: Online Aptitude Test (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination Round)
Step 04: Online Aptitude Test (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination Round)
Step 05: Online Technical Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination Round)
Step 06: Online HR Interview (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination Round)
Step 07: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list
Step 08: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
