The Young Ninja program is the flagship training program at Honasa (Mamaearth) which through curated interventions aims to build leaders for the future. It is a 2-year learning program wherein selected candidates undergo 4 cross-functional learning stints of 6 months each and work on real-time problems across functions like performance marketing, brand marketing, offline sales, new product development, and strategy. Post the completion of their learning journey, they take up high-impact roles in one of the above-mentioned functions. Owing to their cross-functional stints, they have the potential to move across functions and grow within the organization.
