Job Description:

As a Trainee Program Coordinator, the candidate will be going through on-the-job training for 6 months. The monthly compensation, including salary, reimbursements, and benefits will be 12,000/-CTC. Post completion of training a formal assessment would be done. Upon successful completion of the assessments, a full-time offer letter will be issued to the candidate and based on the performance the CTC will be increased.

Job Role:

· Identifying candidates with the right skills to match the clients’ requirements.

· Regularly interacting with the Account Manager/Lead to understand the requirement.

· Should understand the requirement in depth to ensure quality sourcing and recruiting.

· Should ensure to revert/submit profiles with a quick turnaround time for timely submittals to meet sharp deadlines of submittals for each requisition.

· Making use of effective resourcing strategies, such as headhunting, Internet sourcing, networking, employee referrals.
