Position Title:  Phone Banking Officer

Purpose of the Job: The position will be responsible for resolving customer queries on a day to day basis thereby providing efficient customer service. This position also requires selling of banking and non-banking products to our existing/new customers through the phone banking channel

Key deliverables:

• Handling and resolving customer complaints/ queries through the phone banking channel
• Providing customers with relevant product and service information
• Cross selling various banking/non-banking products to customers

 Key skills:

• Fluency in spoken English & Hindi language
• Open to work in rotational shifts

Academic Eligibility: Graduate in any stream (B.Com, B.Sc., BCA, BA, B.Tech, BBA etc.) with 0-4 years of experience.

CTC: Rs. 2.50 LPA (approx.)(Salary may vary due to HRA component)

Note : Students who are currently pursuing MBA or have completed MBA are not eligible to apply for the process.
