(http://www.agsindia.com/) is going to conduct an on campus recruitment drive for two different profiles i.e. Desktop Support Engineer (Eligible Branches:CS/IT/ETC) and Engineer- Customer Support (Eligible Branches:EE/EEE/ETC) on 9th February 2017. JOB DESCRIPTION FOR “DESKTOP SUPPORT ENGINEER”:

Job Description / Responsibilities

/ Requisites

 

·         Providing solution by troubleshooting issues on Laptop, desktop, Network routers, Network switch, OS like MS Windows 7/10, Linux, software installation and email configuration etc.

·         Availability – To attend Operations as per the timings and shift roster

·         To accept incident with tickets from users, BMC Tools, TL and to act for resolution within agreed timeline.

·         Software troubleshooting and support at the center

·         To update, close and assign the calls using Portal

·         Incident required Vendor Support – to assign the call to the vendor and follow up

·         To maintain daily, weekly check lists and other reports and to provide it to TL on regular basis

·         To manage end user & Customer satisfaction and Relationship

·         To maintain service quality – to correctly attend, categorize and escalate all incidents

·         Resolving incidents within established time lines

·         Located at one location and he has to take care his surrounding sites IT Support.

·         Maintaining Customer satisfaction and cordial relationship with business team

·         9 hours working … support timing 9 AM to 10:00 PM

 

Compensation Offered

Min – Max Range

 

1.70 LPA (Net take home RS. 14000)

·         B.E – CS/IT/Electronics/Telecommunication/

·         Relevant knowledge in Computer Software / Computer hardware maintenance

·         Service engineer capable of handling the after sales support for the ATM machines services for 24 * 7 as and when required.

·         Installation of the machines

·         Attending Breakdown Calls received from customer as well as helpdesk.

·         Preventive maintenance of the machine as per the SLA agreement.

·         Payment Collections as per Area Manager/Team Leader Directive.

·         Timely Voucher Submission.

·         Follow the SLAs provided.

·         Software up gradation.

·         Call escalation as per the Escalation Matrix.
