Position/Designation: Area Manager (Microfinance Operation)

Level/Grade: Supervisory

Location: All over Odisha

Employment Type: Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Managing team 40 to 50 Staffs. Managing Operations and overall functioning of the assigned branch.
2. Responsible for the business growth of the assigned branches.
3. Field monitoring and branch administration
4. Consecutive Field and centre meeting visits and data analysis
5. Tracking the status of Collection demand with actuals
6. Analysis and clearance of operational queries in connection with other Supporting departments.
7. Audit Analysis – queries Scrutinizing – Compliance submission
8. Providing adequate training to branch level staffs on period intervals in connection with the organizational Updation
9. Arrear Analysis – Implementations for balancing the PAR level.
10. Report analysis & Submission of Periodic reports to the concerned authority.
11. Implementing, Monitoring & Reporting other operational works

Desired Candidate Profile: Post Graduate- MBA(Finance & other specializations)

Compensation & Benefits: As per Company Norms (up to 4 Lac)
