We are looking forward for vlsi- design/ verification /embedded B.Tech/MTech Fresh Graduates(70% and above- – 2019/2020/2021/2022 pass out) to join our Embedded/Telecom ,AI/ML teams.
Below is the information about Cientra’s opportunity and the associated details regarding the salary offered as well as training cum service agreement.
Salary Offer:
· Fixed CTC Offered 2022 : INR 3.5L
· Fixed CTC Post Appraisal 2023 (after completion of 1 year service) : INR 5.5L
· Fixed CTC Post Appraisal 2024 (after completion of 2-year service): INR 7.5L
Training cum Service Agreement:
Training cum Service Agreement for 3 years with an agreement dishonoring penalty of INR 6L.
On the date of joining, the candidate will have to submit a cheque of INR 6L to Cientra and it will be kept in his/her personnel file with HR for a duration of 3 years. During submission of blank cheque a candidate need not required to mandatory balance in the account. It is only for the security purpose
Once the employee completes 3 years of service with Cientra, we will return the cheque to him/her.
But if in case any employee who signs the agreement, dishonors it by leaving Cientra within 3 years completion of his/her service with Cientra, then Cientra will exercise that cheque in the bank.
Objective of collect
Please note that the Training cum Service Agreement is NON-NEGOTIABLE. Further to have a better understanding about the service agreement model & work culture a PPT will be arranged by the company HR shortly. You can mention or query out your issues if any.
