Qualification– MBA  ( 2023 Pass out)

Job Responsibility:
– Head hunting for senior and middle level management professionals
– Shortlisting of relevant profiles on Job portals
– E-mailing candidates for the details of the opportunity and seeking certain details
– Calling candidates for updating the opportunity and checking their interest
– Conducting reference checks.
– Increasing visibility of company to potential clients and professionals

Desired Candidate Profile :
– Aptitude to make career in senior level Recruitments/Placements
– Must be Hardworking and Sincere in working approach.
– Fluent in written and spoken English
– Looking for a long term association.
– Confident and have Go-getter Aptitude
– Can work under pressure and open for multitasking
– Must be good in MS Office packages – Word and Excel and Internet Surfing

Working Hours:  Weekdays 9 AM till 6 PM 🙁 Second, Fourth & Fifth Saturday’s Off)

Salary : Fixed + Performance Linked Incentives
