Adani Green Energy Limited   is going to conduct a pooled campus drive at  DRIEMS Autonomous Engineering College  for 2019 batch B.Tech (EE/EEE) and MBA/PGDM(HR) male candidates only. Please find below the details of the current job opportunity as communicated by the company.

Requirements :

We have openings as per the following Discipline:

1. i) Electrical Engineering (EE) – Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)
2. ii) Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) – Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

iii) Human Resources (HR) – Management Trainee/Executive Trainee (MT/ET)

Qualifying Criteria :

1. Qualification: i) For GET – B.E./B.Tech
2.                             ii) For ET – MBA (HR)

iii) For MT – B.E./B.Tech + MBA (HR)

2. Year of passingof Degree– 2019
3. Qualifying % – Candidate who scores minimum 60% aggregate in the Degree
4. Completion Criteria – Degree must have been completed in 4 Years. In case of Diploma joining to Degree as a lateral entry, then Degree must have been completed in 3 Years.
5. Age:Must be < 23 Years

Selection Process :

1. Pre – Placement talk- All qualifying candidates can assemble for campus talk to know about Adani
2. Q&A
3. Online Test- Having technical & aptitude questions
4. Group Discussion & Management Game
5. Personal Interview
6. Review & Final Selection

CTC / Posting : 

1. During probation period of six months, remuneration would be :
2.               i) For GET –  4,10,000 /- P.A. CTC. On absorption, it becomes Rs. 4,40,000 /- P.A. CTC.
3.               ii) For ET –  4,40,000 /- P.A. CTC. On absorption, it becomes Rs. 4,75,000 /- P.A. CTC.

iii) For MT – Rs. 5,25,000 /- P.A. CTC. On absorption, it becomes Rs. 5,75,000 /- P.A. CTC.

2. This CTC is including the statutory deduction like PF, ESI, PT, LWF, etc.
3. Candidates must be ready to locate to any of the place in India.
4. Company will not provide any accommodation & food at site. Allneed to arrange that for themselves on their own.

Training Period :

Six months of probation period from the date of joining. On successful completion of six months, absorption in the organisation and designated as

1. i) For GET – Sr. Engineer (O2 Grade)
2. ii) For ET – Executive (O2 Grade)

iii) For MT – Assistant Manager (O3 Grade)
