Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET)

Position Summary:

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic Engineering Graduates who wish to build their career in the automotive manufacturing industry. The selected candidates will undergo structured on-the-job training across various departments to gain practical knowledge, develop technical and managerial skills, and prepare for future leadership roles.

Educational Qualification:

• B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Automobile / Production / Industrial / Mechatronics / Electrical Engineering / Electronics  (2026 Batch)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations in respective departments (Production, Quality, Maintenance, etc.)
• Understand manufacturing processes, quality standards, and equipment operation
• Participate in process improvement and Kaizen activities
• Assist in data collection, analysis, and reporting for performance monitoring
• Adhere to safety, 5S, and environmental compliance standards
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project execution
• Learn and implement lean manufacturing and problem-solving tools (5 Why, Ishikawa, etc.)

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of MS Office and basic engineering tools (AutoCAD, SolidWorks – added advantage)

Training Duration: 12 months (as Graduate Engineer Trainee)

Remuneration: 25,000 PM (Rs18000/- Net Take Home Salary + Rs7000 towards FREE Canteen Food and Free Bus Facility to the plant from the town and back)

After training of one year, CTC salary is Rs 3.5lakhs per annum
