Designation :                                  Trainee Engineer / Management Trainee
Salary :                                               GET – Rs. 3.0 lakhs per annum & MT – Rs. 4.15 lakhs per annum
Joining Location :                         Anywhere in India

Gender Preference :                     Male

Roles and Responsibilities : Candidates should have high levels of energy, possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills, and exhibit a burning desire to excel in their work. All Trainees will undergo two and a half years of on-the-job intensive training. On completion of the same, subject to suitability the candidates will be put on a fast-track growth and will be absorbed as Assistant Project Managers by the company.

Process :

• Institute to share the details of interested and eligible students maximum by 13^th October, 10:00 AM
• Sobha Limited to confirm the list of eligible students for the online assessment round
• Aon to share the list of confirmed students with the institute
• Aon & Institute to confirm the date for the online test & Aon to conduct the test on the decided date
• Aon to share the list of shortlisted candidates for interviews
• Shortlisted candidates to attend the interview process as per the date and venue decided
• Results to be shared by Aon and Offers to be released by Sobha Limited

Important :

• Candidates with incomplete data will not be considered.
• Best of 4/5 subjects or less than 70% is not allowed as per the eligibility criteria
