Batch / Year of passing out: 2026 passing out batch.
Cut Off Criteria: Not applicable
Gender: Male and Female
Height: Should be 163 cm and above for male & should be 160 cm and above for female.
Weight: Should be 55 kg and above.
Age Limit: Between 18 – 23 years.
Apollo Tyres Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
Step 02: Preliminary Online Screening process consisting of Aptitude Test (To be conducted by NextGen Ventures | Elimination Round)
Step 03: Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F or Online Mode) – Optional
Step 04: Personal Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F or Online Mode | Elimination round)
Step 05: HR & Final Interview Rounds (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | F2F or Online Mode | Elimination round)
Step 06: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 07: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
