NEXTGEN VENTURES has been given the responsibility of organizing & coordinating a “Recruitment Drive” by & for “Arodek Technology Consulting Private Limited”

Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech
Streams: CSE, IT & Allied Streams, ECE, ETC, EIE, EE, EEE, ICE
Batch: 2024 passing out batch.
Cut Off Criteria: 60% throughout academics, must not have any gap in their educational tenure.
Gender: Male/Female.
In this regard, we would like to invite participation of interested & eligible candidates from your esteemed & reputed institution.
Recruitment/Selection Process:
Arodek Technology Consulting Private Limited will follow the below mentioned Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
Step 02: Aptitude Test (To be conducted by arodek | Online | Elimination Round)
Step 03: Technical Round (To be conducted by arodek officials | F2F/Online Mode | Elimination Round)
Step 04: Personal Interview with Manager (To be conducted by arodek officials | F2F/Online Mode | Elimination Round)
Step 05: Personal Interview with HR (To be conducted by arodek officials | F2F/Online Mode | Elimination Round)
Step 06: Final Round with MD & CEO (F2F/Online Mode | Elimination Round)
Step 07: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 08: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
Step 09: On boarding.
Note: Outstation candidates may have to attend the final interview rounds at Kolkata office F2F. Candidates have to travel for final rounds at their own cost.
