Mindtree is excited to share with you the new hiring role, that is opening  up via off-campus for now.

This is for BSc and BCA students, and will be a work integrated learning program in conjunction with BITS Pilani.

We call it the Mindtree Edge Program.

Students will get to work at Mindtree and gain valuable experience, and at the same time work towards getting an M.Tech degree from the pedigree of BITS Pilani.

Mindtree is sponsoring the entire course fee across the 4 years. Once they finish the EDGE program, they will get opportunities to directly be converted into a C3 level and there are different kinds of technology tracks available then.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate Degree

• Bachelor of Science (BSc)
• Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)

Academic Performance

• At least 60% aggregate or equivalent CGPA

Additional Criteria

• B.Sc. graduates must have had Core Mathematics as a subject in graduation. Business Mathematics and Applied Mathematics will not be considered.
• Full-time, UGC-recognized education in 10th, 12th, diploma, and graduation. Distance learning or part-time degrees will not be considered.
• Graduation should have been completed in 3 years with no gaps.

Mindtree will sponsor 100% of the MTech program fee.

Hiring Process

Aptitude and Technical test followed by HR interview.

Hiring is at the sole discretion of Mindtree Limited subject to eligibility and their performance in the interview.
