Selection Process:
- Group Discussion

For B.Tech – We shall be taking them as Trainee Engineers in the field of Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation Engineering.
Eligibity: Minimum 55% throughout (10th, 12th and Graduation).
We shall be taking them as Trainee Engineers.
– They will be on an Training for 12 months.
– After evaluating their performance for 12 months, they will be absorbed depending on the vacancy and their performance. On completion of their training if they are not absorbed in case of unsatisfactory performance, the person’s employment will be discontinued with us and they will be provided an experience certificate for the duration.
– The Trainee Engineers will be offered the stipend of Rs. 10000/- per month. After 1 year of training , their CTC will become 3LPA if found suitable.

Location– PAN India
For MBA (HR) – We shall be taking them as Executive Trainee’s – TM
Eligibity: Minimum 55% throughout (10th, 12th and Graduation).
– The Salary package offered will be 3 LPA.
– Location Gurgaon
Please note that only females are eligible for the Executive Trainee – TM post.
For MBA (Sales and Marketing) – We shall be taking them as Management trainee’s.
– The Salary package offered will be 3+1 LPA.
