 Our requirement for Bhubaneswar/Cuttack Region:

Position: Student Counsellor

CTC: Rs. 1.8 Lakh (per annum)

No. of Positions: Between 1 and 3

Location: Bhubaneswar, Cuttack

Branch: MBA (all) & BBA

Eligibility : Female candidates(only)

Job description:

• Handling walk-in enquiries at centre for various test prep programs
• Lead generation and follow up through tele-calling
• Meeting budgeted goals
• Servicing of existing student base
• Centre management

Desired profile of the candidate:

• Good communication & presentation skills
• Sound working knowledge in MS Office, Excel and Power point
• Working knowledge of online marketing would be an added advantage
• Should able to achieve center collection target

Selection Process:

• Written test with questions from aptitude, English and general knowledge
• Short listing of candidates through a preliminary round of interview
• Shortlisted candidates have to appear a second round interview
