We are  hiring  young computer engineering graduates who have the passion & hunger to learn and become a specialist in the CRM space..!!!!

The screening process will include written test followed by Group discussion and a Face to Face technical round.

Shortlisted candidates will commence their professional journey with us as Graduate Engineer Trainee and post completion of the training period of 6 months will find fitment as Techo functional consultants  in the project  implementation teams.

Job Responsibilities:

Interact with clients to understand their requirements and prepare Functional Specification Documents

Work as a team member to translate business requirements into system configuration

Coordinating with departments to ensure project delivery

Participates in managing the project schedule and quality

Support entire software development life cycle (SDLC)

 

Please find the details of the Interview Process :

1st  Level – Online Logical and Reasoning test

2nd  Level– Technical interviews.

3rd Level – HR Assessments

 

All of the above interviews are elimination rounds.

 

Educational Criteria :

10 –> 70%

12th ->70-%

BE (Information Technology or Computers) ->65%

 

CTC Details :

For BE (Fresher) : INR 3 LPA for initial 6month

INR 3.8 LPA on confirmation (after successful completion of 6 training)

Loyalty bonus of  INR 60,000 after one year of confirmation.
