Position:   Trainee Assistant Store Manager

Qualification :    MBA [2019/2018]–Any Specialization who is interested for retail

Key Responsibilities:

Ø  Responsible for the sales of Hide sign Exclusive Brand Outlet

Ø  To facilitate sales performance and growth, ensuring that customers have a pleasant

shopping experience at Hide sign.

Ø  Monitor the operations and performance of the Store along with the ASM & SM

Ø  Participate in store inventory management, stock management and stock auditing

Ø  Improve the performance of the stores by providing the best service by following the

Values of Hide sign.

Ø   People Management in the absence of ASM / SM

Ø  Participate in the Marketing and Brand promotion events to make it a success

Ø  Responsible for the upkeep of the store

Skills Required:

• Flare of fashion and retail
• Good communication skills, training skills, problem solving skills and team management skills
• A sound IT knowledge is required.
