Commitment Assurance Policy |
We are not a training institute and do not charge anything for the internship. However, as a company, we invest significant time and resources, including the involvement of senior professionals, to train and mentor candidates.
To ensure mutual commitment, candidates are required to provide a commitment cheque of ₹50,000 INR at the time of joining the internship. This cheque will not be encashed unless specific conditions are breached (explained below). The cheque will be safely returned to the candidate upon successful completion of 2 years with the company (including the internship period). If the candidate decides to leave the company before completing 2 years, the company reserves the right to encash the cheque as a recovery for the time and effort invested during the training period. We aim to create a win-win situation where candidates benefit from our mentorship and real-world experience while ensuring that our investment in their training adds long-term value to the organization. |
