Dear Student,

This is to inform you that CSM Tech has sent an invitation email to your registered email ID regarding participation in the online recruitment process scheduled for 14 February 2026.

Note:This round is a computer based online coding round of 90 minutes only. This is NOT the actual Hackathon round being conducted in our college. Do not get confused between the two. All registered students are mandatory to attend this recruitment test, as you have already given your confirmation to your concerned HOD to participate. Absence from the test will be viewed seriously. Ensure your presence as per the scheduled time without fail.

There are 4 time slots ( 8 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:00 PM and 3:30 PM) .

Recruitment Process

• Hackathon will be conducted as the first round of evaluation at CSM Tech Office.
• Based on Hackathon performance, shortlisted candidates will be considered for the Technical Interview at CSM Office.
• Based on interview feedback and overall scores, selected candidates will be classified into three groups (from highest to lowest score sequence).
• The First Selection Group will be offered in Phase 1.
• If any candidate from Phase 1 is not willing to join, offers will be extended to the Second Selection Group in Phase 2, based on availability and marks scored in the final round.
• This process will continue until the desired candidate pool is achieved.

• Programming and development using the above-mentioned technologies.
• Receiving, analyzing, and resolving error reports and software issues experienced by clients.
• Assisting in the interpretation and documentation of customer requirements and reported issues.
• Supporting the development of software test scenarios and test cases.
• Assisting in the execution and implementation of software testing activities.
• Supporting requirement analysis, specifications, and software development activities.
• Preparing and maintaining reports related to software development activities.

Job Profile – Associate IT Engineer (External IT)

• Basic knowledge of server management, including:
  • Linux Servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu)
  • Windows Server
  • DevOps fundamentals
• Server configuration and troubleshooting knowledge for Web Servers, Application Servers, and Databases.
• Experience or knowledge of web servers in Linux environments (Apache, Tomcat, JBoss, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.).
• Experience or knowledge of web servers in Windows environments (IIS, MSSQL).
• Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps tools and technologies (optional).

• Developing and maintaining installation, configuration procedures, and system standards.

• Interacting with users and clients to understand and resolve technical issues.
• Responding to system breakdowns, repairing equipment, and replacing faulty components.
• Procuring replacement or specialized components, fixtures, or fittings as required.

Compensation Structure

• First 3 months: ₹1.2 LPA (Stipend)
