 Candidate Profile :

• The minimum qualification should be MBA (HR) / PMIR
• Final year students can also appear.
• Should have good knowledge in Recruitment.
• Should have excellent communication skills in English & very good interpersonal skill.
• The candidate should be smart with a pleasant personality.

 Compensation :

• 2.4 LPA (Including PF, Gratuity & Insurance benefits).
• An agreement of 24 months will be effective from the date of joining.

Job Profile :

• Assisting the Hiring team with an end to end recruitment cycle like sourcing, screening, and shortlisting CVs from job portals and internal database
• Arranging interviews in person, telephonic & Video-conferencing mode
• Maintaining interview status and updating the same in the company’s portal and to candidates
• Working on different job portals, employee referrals, social media, etc.
• Following up with candidates till joining & onboarding of resources.
• Preparing various MIS reports as & when required.
• Have to travel across locations globally for short visits [client visits].

 Recruitment Process :

• Candidates will be attending the PI Round by our panel.
• Candidates getting selected in the PI Round will be attending further rounds.
