Recruitment Process :

• Online Written Test to be conducted in next week, virtually for all the eligible students.
• Based on written test feedback, Technical Interview to be conducted for all the recommended students at college campus.
• Based on the Interview feedback & their scores, selected candidates will be classified in 3 groups (from Highest to lowest score sequence).
• First Selection candidates group will be offered in Phase 1.
• If any student is not willing to join us in Phase 1, then 2nd Selection Students group will be offered in Phase 2 based on their availability & marks scored in Final round.
• This process may go on till we get our desired pool.

Designation :

• Associate Engineer
• [Traineeship of 12 months]

Technology :

• .Net Core
• PHP

Key Points :

• The interested student should be trained on any of the above mentioned technologies.
• Post Joining, the candidates will go thru Orientation sessions at CSM Tech.
• The candidates, who will perform good in orientation assessments, will be allocated with projects.
• The below performer candidates in the orientation assessments, will be asked to close their traineeship with immediate effect.

Compensation :

Pay structure for this traineeship:-

• Pay structure for initial 3 months would be ₹ 1.2 lakhs per annum (Stipend) on joining the organization.
• ₹ 1.8 lakhs per annum (Inclusive of PF, Gratuity & ESI) will be for next 9 months till completion of traineeship.
• 2 Yrs of employment bond will be executed wef the joining date.
• After successful completion of traineeship of 1 Year, Salary will be incremented to ₹ 3 lakhs per annum (Inclusive of PF, Gratuity & Insurance) based on performance assessment.

Job Profile :

• Programming in various technologies as mentioned above
• Receiving reports on errors and problems as experienced by clients concerning software
• Assisting in the interpretation of customer reports and documentation of these reports
• Assisting in the development of software test scenarios
• Assisting in the implementation of software tests
• Assisting in the investigation of client needs, requirements and specifications for software development
• Preparation of reports on software development
