NextGen Ventures has been entrusted with the responsibility of organizing and coordinating an Recruitment Drive (Online/Offline Mode) on behalf of DexGreen India Private Limited, targeting select colleges in Odisha.
Please find attached the detailed information about this Joint Recruitment Drive.
Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech.
Stream or branch or specialization: Electrical – EE & EEE, Electronics – ECE & ETC, Mechanical, Production, Instrumentation – IE, EIE & AEIE, Automobile or related engineering disciplines.
Batch / Year of passing out: 2026 passing out batch.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum passing marks in SSC/Xth Standard should be 75% and above.
- Minimum passing marks in HSC/XIIth Standard should be 50% and above.
- Minimum passing marks in Diploma Engineering (Polytechnic) should be 60% and above (First-class grade) – For Lateral Entry candidates.
- Minimum passing marks in Engineering should be 60% and above (First-class grade).
- Candidates with a maximum 2 subjects’ backlogs are allowed.
Joining:
- The selected candidates have to join the internship at Pune, Maharashtra on or before January 2026 (immediately on completion of their semester examination).
- The company will assist the candidates for stay locations/arrangements.
- Leaves will be provided during final exams based on prior intimation and approval.
- Colleges who will let their students join immediately should participate.
Selection Process :
DexGreen India Private Limited will follow the following Selection Procedure while recruiting the candidates against the vacancies as mentioned above:
Step 01: Interested candidates have to apply online at the link sent by NextGen Ventures (along with updated resume and photograph). NextGen Ventures will also conduct online Pre-recruitment briefing to the candidates as and when required.
Step 02: Preliminary Online Screening Test (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination Round)
Shortlisted candidates have to attend further process either through virtual process or physical process at college premises/pooled campus venue as mentioned below:
Step 03: Company Presentation & Q&A Session (To be conducted by recruiting company officials)
Step 04: Written Exam: MCQ Based (General Aptitude, Reasoning and General Science).
Step 05: Technical & HR Interview Round (To be conducted by recruiting company officials | Elimination round)
Step 06: Finalization of candidates & declaration of final selected candidates list.
Step 07: Offer letters/letter of intent (LOI) of hiring/selecting the candidate will be issued subsequently.
