Internship Details
- Internship Duration: 9 Months
- Proposed Joining Date: 30 October 2026 onwards in batches
- Location: Tata Elxsi offices across India (PAN India except Bengaluru)
- Candidates must be available to commence the internship on or before October 2026
- Stipend: 20K per month (Tata Elxsi Contribution of Rs. 11.900/- per month + PMIS Government Contribution of Rs. 8.100/- per month)
Eligibility Criteria
- BE/B.Tech students: 2026 and 2027 passouts
- No active backlogs
- Full-time education throughout academics
- Minimum 60% throughout academics
- No academic gap exceeding 2 years
- Indian citizens only
- Age 18 years and above
- Candidates are not eligible if any family member is a permanent/regular Government employee
- Candidates are not eligible if the annual income of any family member exceeds ₹12 lakhs
- Candidate who has completed internship under any other Government schemes are not eligible.
- Civil Engineering, Polymer Technology and Power Electronics branches are not eligible.
Please note the following selection process for the Tata Elxsi hiring drive:
- The college will share the list of interested and eligible candidates.
- Eligible candidates will be invited to register on HirePro, the online assessment platform.
- Candidates will appear for a branch-specific online assessment based on their engineering discipline.
- Shortlisted candidates will be invited for the Technical Interview.
- Candidates who clear the technical round will proceed to the HR Interview.
- Final selections will be communicated to the selected candidates and the respective colleges.
- Strictly avoid any form of malpractice or unfair practices during the assessment. Any candidate found involved in malpractice will be disqualified, and such incidents may also affect the institution’s participation in future Tata Elxsi hiring initiatives.
- Selected interns will be eligible for performance-based Full-Time opportunities.
- The CTC offered after conversion ranges from ₹3.5 LPA to ₹5.5 LPA.
