Extramarks Education India Pvt Ltd is hiring interns for the role of an “Influencer” who can work from home even in this time of pandemic. They are looking for freshers who can infuse their ideas and inputs and also learn their basics about the corporate culture. The role which is being provided is of an Influencer who must have good communication skills and sources which he/she can put into good use.
NOTE: Extramarks, takes the health of the all the employees and Interns as the utmost priority so they will not be asking anyone to step outside, rather they are promoting their employees to work from home

About Program
Extramarks internship program is an opportunity for anyone to learn sales and marketing skills and also earn depending upon their contribution. Successful completion of this internship can also result in a full time job offer with Extramarks. This internship is offered on selective basis for a period of 2 months. Under this program, intern is offered proper training and is assigned a manager, just like a full time employees. After the completion of 2 months, performance is reviewed and accordingly he/she can be offered a full-time job.
Recruitments
You will receive an official communication from the HR with your designation as Intern with proper targets and pay-outs defined for the course of the internship.

Training
Training plan is being prepared by the training team.
Tracking
Their CRM accounts will be made and mapped under business leaders so their daily KRA’s can be monitored and different code will be issued to them so that sales punched in website through that particular code can be segregated.

Pay-outs
Their expected average subscription selling price will be 2500 and on per sale basis they will be paid 500 or 5% which will be higher during internship period.
On achievement of 100 active customers in 3 month the Intern qualifies for a full time job offer with a package as follows: Fixed salary 15,000 PM and rest performance dependent, variable component.
